Depending on locality and convenience and who is taking the shot.
My battered Galaxy S3 reserved for 'iffy' areas. The Xperia will be mostly used for blog shots as this phone will be used for producing the blog and the camera on it is pretty useful in any case. There will be little time for processing images so most of the shots will be 'as taken'.
Images may be small/highly compressed where WiFi bandwidth is limited.
